Post and Beam

You might know Govind Armstrong from season 2 of Top Chef Masters. Maybe you have eaten at Table 8 or 8 Ounce Burger Bar when it was open- god bless that short rib grilled cheese sandwich!  Govind Armstrong's newest venture in LA is Post and Beam in Baldwin Hills. I've been reading about the garden at the restaurant and had to check this out. It's still a young garden, but there's a good variety of herbs, vegetables, and fruit.  We got lucky that night and we were able to catch Govind in the kitchen on the line!
